ROCESSING TIMES: Premade Toppers (1-2 business days), Custom Quote Toppers (3-5 business days), Glitter Toppers (7-10 business days), Tassel Charms (3-5 business days). Processing times do NOT include shipping time. Ground Avantage shipping takes 4-5 business days and Priortiy Mail takes 1-3 business days. Upgrade your shipping at checkout for a speedier delivery. Refund policy

Returns/Refund Policy

  • No refunds on custom orders
  • For non-custom orders (premade toppers, stickers, etc), you may send the item back and a full refund will be issued once item is received in its original condition. Customer must contact me within 30 days of marked delivery to be eligible for a refund. A return label will be sent to you. Please ship the item back in either it's original packaging, or packaging that is similar that will protect the item in transit. If your item is damaged in transit and received in less than perfect conditions, a refund will not be issued.
  • For items damaged in transit, please contact me within 30 days of marked delivery and I can arrange for a free replacement *based on order's value. *If order value exceeds $50, I will cover half of the replacement order's value and the customer is responsible for the other half of the order's value. 
  • I am not responsible for refunding/replacing lost or stolen items. I will not refund or replace items that have been marked as "delivered" by UPS/USPS.
  • For items shipped internationally, I am not responsible for delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen items. I am happy to offer free replacements for damaged items up to $50, but customer is responsible for 100% of postage for the replacement item.
